Investing in the public realm to give back to the locality.
We use our buildings, parks, and public spaces as living canvasses for art, culture, and creativity. Supporting, celebrating, and showcasing Irish talent. Commissioning sculptures, paintings and installations that bring joy to our occupiers and our neighbours. Following on from the success of the installation of ‘Wave Junction’ at Quantum Logistics Park. We aim to commission an artist to create a piece of public art for Nexus for its occupiers and the wider community to enjoy.

The heart of the scheme is a central pavilion.

An outdoor pavilion with exceptional landscaping provides occupiers with a space for to meet, take a break and take in nature.
